Andrea and Ayelet's Engagement Session in the North End and Columbus Park in Boston, MA

On a spectacular fall day, we met up with Andrea and Ayelet in the Boston North End for their engagement photos. We explored a few of their favorite side streets and alleyways, finding some places where they could enjoy some quiet moments in the heart of the city. We then made our way to Columbus Park, which is right on the waterfront, and took some photos with a beautiful arbor in the background. As the light was fading, we walked out onto the docks to take a few special photos by the water. It was so fun working with Andrea and Ayelet and we cannot wait until their wedding next year!

September Wedding at the Wadsworth Homestead in Geneseo, New York

The weather was perfect for this late September wedding at the Wadsworth Homestead in Geneseo, NY.  The bride and groom got ready separately in the Homestead with their friends and family. For the ceremony, they walked to the great oak tree, with a special appearance featuring a banner man carrying the RIT flag. A fun night full of dancing and celebration followed. We especially loved that every table got a special board game to play throughout the night, and the s'mores at the bonfire! This is one we will not forget! Congratulations!

Emelia's Portrait Session

We met up with Emelia and her parents Kielynne and Andy at their home in Mendon, MA. We thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Emelia, she had quite the personality! Despite the rain, we braved the weather and even got a few great pictures outside. Congratulations Kielynne and Andy on your new family member!

Elijah's 2 Year Photoshoot at the Museum of Fine Art Boston, and Boston College

Annnd he's back! Bigger and more talkative than ever :) Elijah is now 2 years old, can you believe it?! It's been a while since I saw my most-frequently photographed client, and boy had he grown! We met up with Tamy-Fee and Elijah at the Museum of Fine Art, were Elijah enjoyed the water fountains, beautiful trees, and giant statues. The two strolled down beautiful paths, and had so many laughs together! Next we made our way to Tamy-Fee's Alma Mater, Boston College (BC). At BC we explored a Labyrinth, the gorgeous church, and other buildings close to Tamy-Fee's heart with amazing architecture. Elijah is an incredibly smart 2 year old- he can already recognize and name each number, and every letter of the alphabet! Happy Birthday Elijah, I am loving watching you grow and capturing the process along the way.

Kelley and Jeremy's Wedding at the Casa Larga Winery in Fairport, New York

Kelley and Jeremy were married at Casa Larga Winery in Fairport, New York with the most weather variability and magic of any wedding we’ve shot to date. I mean, who is lucky enough to get bright sun, dramatic clouds, rays of light, rainbows, and soft lighting for portraits, all in one day? The day began at the hotel where Kelley and Jeremy got ready separately, nerves a buzz for the big day. Everyone was dressed in record timing, so we dove right into the first look- in the picnic area behind the hotel. As soon as they saw each other, their nerves evaporated, and Kelley and Jeremy were ready to be married! First though, formal photos! We met up with the bridal party at the Sunken Gardens in Highland Park in Rochester NY, an absolutely stunning ruin-esque area, closed to the public for the hour. Exploring the Sunken Gardens was a photographer’s dream- balanced lighting, dramatic rock archways and staircases, giant trees, and perfectly kept fauna. After, we made our way to Casa Larga for the wedding and reception. Rain kept us inside for the ceremony, nice and cozy for friends and family to watch Kelley and Jeremy say their vows. Kelley and Jeremy lucked out with the skies, perfect for exploring the vineyards, and when the drizzle began, we got the privilege of exploring the wine cellar! Afterwards, family portraits were taken in perfect lighting on the dance floor in the reception space, facing the massive floor to ceiling windows, while guests enjoyed the cocktail hour. The reception began with introductions and touching toasts, followed by an incredible dinner and a magnificent sunset. After dinner the dancing began- and dance they did! Friends and family smiled, laughed, and danced to their hearts content- and even managed to all pose perfectly for a photo of literally, everyone. The day and night were a blast, and my team was honored to be there. Congratulations Kelley and Jeremy, we wish you the best of luck!
